Hayseed, a Virtually Produced Short Film

I am incredibly excited to announce our first project for a fully produced Short Film. In the World's Smallest Virtual Studio we are in pre-production in June 2023. Artwork is being tweaked a bit right now, versions of it will be shared as we get more completed that we are happy with.

TLDR Version:

The year is *coughs*. Humans have taken their second step into space by developing terraforming technology to make habitable but not ideal worlds more Earth-Like. Settler ships and expeditions exploring the universe, expanding influence, and hopefully one day discovering Alien Life!! Anyway, NYATIU INC bought up a bunch of scrapped ones and made them TECHNICALLY functioning. Settlers of all walks of life can still dream of the stars, but if they are poor too goddamn bad, Settlers take on Indentured Servitude contracts and earn pay exclusively in Company Store Scrips. Hayseed serves as one of these vessels. The ship is expected to manage messages between colonies and Earth, check-in regularly, and when someone has completed their time owed they are free to settle however much they want of available New World 2.0 territory.
